About
The Story

The idea for this website began in 2015 when Ahmad J. Charles, a Muslim blogger and writer, began to reminisce about the old Nasheeds he used to enjoy as a kid in the 2000s. Scouring the internet, he did find several of them, but many were on old websites that were buggy and broken, and other websites were nowhere to be found. Worried that the remaining websites may go down and thus the songs lost forever, he took it upon himself to download and extract as many of his favorite Nasheeds as he could.
After years of procrastination and delays, the new website is finally here to allow other fellow Nasheed lovers of current and future generations to enjoy these archived classics, along with a few lectures, Quran recitations, and athans.
A few websites that host classic Nasheeds still exist, as well as YouTube videos that have been buried and hidden by the algorithm, and Ahmad continues his efforts to find and download/extract them. More audio will be published over time.
Please note that no money is made off of this website and it is used for educational and entertainment archival purposes only.
